We had the massaman and loved it!! So good. The only negative about our visit was our waitress. No personality. No smile. No “thank you for visiting”. Didnt even say good bye as we walked past her to exit the building. Very unfriendly and cold.

This was a perfect lunch spot after our appointment in Mount Dora. My husband and I both enjoy a good curry. He had the yellow curry with chicken and I chose the green curry with chicken. His yellow curry was coconut smooth, flavorful, and filling, my green curry was nice and spicy, and the food was served very hot so we could take our time eating slowly and the food stayed warm throughout the meal. Our waitress was very pleasant and very timely in all aspects of service. The facility may be older, however I felt it was very clean and kept up, which made me relax and enjoy my food feeling that it was prepared in a hygienic and healthy environment.

My husband, as someone who has visited Thailand, said “food was delicious and authentic.” Our waitress was sweet and attentive. Did not get a picture before we started digging into the mango sticky rice as we were so excited. Definitely will be back! Highly recommend!

JK is a fantastic thai restaurant right in the heart of Mount Dora. The service was quick and friendly and the food was delicious. We had the red curry with chicken and enjoyed it very much. It was a bit thinner than many curries we’ve had, but packed with flavor. The Pad Ke Mao with beef had lots of vegetables and the beef was very high quality. If you’re looking for great Thai food, I highly recommend this place. They also have a patio for outdoor seating.

Everything we had here was delicious. The service wasn’t the best we had a young lady that served us and she didn’t know the menu well but we ordered by looking at reviews. The waterfall beef was very good and the duck pho had amazing broth.

We've been trying to eat at this place for years! Visiting Mt. Dora for at least 5 years, each time we have gone this restaurant has been closed or we weren't going to eat. Finally the day came this past weekend where it was open and we were hungry! The entire restaurant and bathrooms were spotless! The service was good and the food was all fresh and tasty. We ordered the crab Rangoon for an appetizer, and it was really good! For entrees, we ordered the Pad See Ew with beef, the Spicy Salmon rolls, and cashews with beef and vegetables. All the food was excellent. The spicy Salmon was very spicy so beware of that sauce on top. The beef was tender and flavorful. Overall, we had a wonderful first experience at JK Thai Garden and Sushi, so we will definitely be returning to try more menu items! There is ample seating with a cute outside area to eat as well. It's a very nice place!

JK THIA & Sushi is another local favs. They open for lunch and close from about 2-4 for dinner! I haven't had anything there that I didn't live! Everything has its own delicious flavor. The service is always great! Try the thia teas it's one of my favs! Check them out!!

This place is located in the beautiful city of Mt. Dora. It's a nice restaurant with a nice outdoor seating area. Although we frequent Mt Dora, this was our first time here and wished we had come sooner. The menu is great with many delicious options. The curries are excellent, I asked for super Thai spicy red curry and it was absolutely delicious!!!! We ordered several things off the menu and they were all great. The service was awesome, the server was friendly, helpful and quick to serve. I recommend trying this place and don't think you will be disappointed.
